What you pay, and in what: Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars. The model price, the shipping rate and the total are itemised in the summary above. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and added on the payment link, so the total in the summary excludes it.
When it arrives: The shipping option you choose carries its own delivery estimate, and that estimate is the supply date for your order. We confirm the exact date, with a tracking number, when it despatches. If we cannot supply within thirty days of the date we give you, you may cancel and be refunded.
If you change your mind: Send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Nothing here or in any agreement we send you takes away the cancellation and refund rights you have under British Columbia consumer law.
What you are agreeing to, and when: Placing an order here does not form a contract on its own. We send you a payment link carrying the final figures — tax and the exact shipping cost included — together with the terms of sale, so you read them before you pay rather than after.
